Drink & Smoothie Station
This is our drink and smoothie station. If you know me, I LOVE my routines. I don't like to spend time overthinking smaller decisions. I've created this into a simple drink station to make it easy and simple to concoct my any time of the day drink.
This is our drink and smoothie station. If you know me, I LOVE my routines. I don't like to spend time overthinking smaller decisions. I've created this into a simple drink station to make it easy and simple to concoct my any time of the day drink.
Again, because I'm a routine person I didn't want to think about how much water to drink or what flavored waters were the healthiest, which ones had recovery in it, etc. So I set up this station and almost every morning I drink a lemon ginger drink from Just Ingredients, then 1-3 times during the day I'll fill my cup up with a Re-Lyte mix or another JI electrolyte flavor. My two summer favorites are Lemon Lime or Orange Pineapple Electrolytes. MY rough goal is to drink 100oz of water a day. With my waterbottle size of 32oz- that's about 3 refills a day which is doable for me.

Usually in the morning for breakfast or when the kids want a cold dinner after a long hot day we'll do fruit smoothies or protein drinks and that's when we use the cups and straws. We've mixed JI Mountain Berry mix in with our frozen fruit and its a favorite around here. For protein drinks my kids love CSE Flavors or JI protein mixes.
